is a journey away from here

The aim diffused
unspoken

With one hand on the tiller
the deep streams feel like
long lost thoughts

Unborn by me
moving in another sphere

sweeping along
on thousand feet

just a touch in my hand

Rhythm: The effective use of line lengths and beat (including meter, but also including free verse lines).
Imagery: The use of images to express and convey meaning and to create the mood and shape of the poem.
Diction: Choice of words, figures of speech, syntactical patterns.
Line groups: Stanzas in traditional forms, verse paragraphs in free verse.
